What is RE-NT? 

RE-NT is a fashion platform on which you can rent the latest styles. 

How does RE-NT work?

From 35 € per month, you have access to many styles and outfits and get access to a thousand new designer outfits. We have the brands Ganni, Sandro, Vivienne Westwood, 2ndday, stand and many more. Every month the assortment changes with us. For this, there is the RE-NT calendar, which shows you which new styles there are with us right now. 

 

What happens if I don't rent in a month?

If you don't want to rent in a month, you'll get your RE-NT points automatically in the next month. 

How can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time! Just send us an email to customercare@re-nt.de 4 weeks before you leave RE-NT. 

How does the shipping process work?

The shipping is included in the membership fee. You get the goods delivered quickly-wear, experience and enjoy the clothes as long as you feel like it. In the sent package there is a back-back-delabel, with which you can simply return the goods for free. Don't worry-we'll take care of the cleaning. 

What happens if I accidentally damage the dress? 

Small damage occurs quickly, and we have a complete understanding of this. We want you to feel completely comfortable in the leased commodity. For this reason, the goods are insured against small damages and mackerel. However, if the goods are so broken, that they can no longer be worn, we demand the full selling price of the goods. 

I stole the dress. What am I doing now? 

If the dress has been hand-picked or stolen, there is the possibility that your liability insurance may pay for the damage. In this case, you should best put yourself together with your insurance as soon as possible. If you need help, you can send us an email to info@re-nt.de.

I want to reserve a dress for a specific date. Is that possible? 

We will be happy to reserve a dress for you for a certain time. Just send us an email to info@re-nt.de or call us under +49 176 24676635 and we are looking forward to reserve a dress for you. 

My size is no longer available. What am I doing now? 

Don't worry! We take care that you get the right size for RE-NT. If your size does not exist, simply send us an email to customercare@re-nt.de or call us directly at +4917624676635 and we will take care that you will get your size quickly. We deliver from XXS to XXL. Just let us know what you're looking for. We're happy to hear from you. 

How long can I rent a piece of clothing?

You can rent a piece of clothing as long as you feel like it. If you don't want the garment anymore, you just send it back. Points that you have used from your monthly dispositions frame and do not receive or have purchased will be well written to you as soon as the shipment arrives with us. These points can be used throughout the month as often as you like.  

I don't fit the dress. What can I do? 

If the item of clothing does not fit you, we will be happy to help you find the right size. Just call us at +4917624676635 or send us an email to customercare@re-nt.de. We are happy to help you. 

How do I send the worn goods back? 

We put a franked return ticket from DHL into each shipment. You simply glue it on the RE-NT package and enter it in your next DHL branch or place it in the letterbox.

How long does it take for the goods to come home to me? 

Normally, a standard shipment with DHL needs 1-2 days for the package to arrive at your home. Would you like to receive the RE-NT package faster? Then send us an email to customercare@re-nt.de and we will take care of an express shipment with DHL.
